Agistri

What to do in Agistri

Agistri is not an island of museums and ancient ruins. It is an island of pine trees, of beaches, of pedalling with no particular destination. The plan here is simple: you get up, you swim, you eat something good, you swim again, you watch the sunset from Metochi and you do it again the next day. And it is perfect that way. The activities revolve around the sea and the landscape. Snorkelling in the clear water at Dragonera. Kayaking along the west coast at sunset. Walking routes through pine woods that smell of resin. And of course the midday vermouth at Skliri, a ritual that Athenians have turned into a compulsory stop.
